DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4416P-T02-391 is a thick film surface-mounted wide body resistor network from Bourns' 4400P Series, featuring a 2-circuit bussed configuration with isolated resistor elements. This component supports a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with standard ±2% tolerance (±1 ohm for 10–49 ohms), and delivers 0.160 watt power rating per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 ohms and above) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 ohms), and features a maximum operating voltage of 50V. The 4416P-T02-391 is RoHS compliant, packaged in standard E.I.A. format compatible with automatic placement equipment, and supplied in tape and reel packaging. It is commonly used in applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM circuits, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable performance and compact integration are essential.
