DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4310R-102-184LF is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 5 isolated resistors of equal value. This device incorporates a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, with superior package integrity and RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C, featuring a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 megohm range and ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 megohms. The 180,000 ohm resistance value (code 184) is available with standard ±2% tolerance, and the device meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%). These resistor networks are widely used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where precision and reliability are essential.
