DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4310M-101-331LF is a 10-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed configuration with nine 330 O resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and a separate pin. This medium-profile device offers increased power handling capability with a power rating of 0.25 watts per resistor at 70°C, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C. The resistor network is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations, features superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. It is commonly used in applications requiring precision termination networks, SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications where multiple matched resistors are needed in a compact form factor.
