DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4308R-102-203LF is an 8-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring an isolated (102) electrical configuration with a resistance value of 20 kO. This component incorporates multiple isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C and a per-resistor power rating of 0.20 watt. The device operates over a temperature range from +70°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range), a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 megohms minimum. The resistor network features a low profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, tin-plated RoHS-compliant terminations, and superior package integrity with a novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor matching and compact packaging are required.
