DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4308R-102-102 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film resistor network featuring 4 independent resistors of equal value, each connected between two separate pins. This low-profile molded SIP package provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, with superior package integrity and RoHS-compliant termination options. The device supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance ranging from ±100 ppm/°C to ±250 ppm/°C depending on resistance range, and a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C with derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. Environmental testing per MIL-STD-202 demonstrates excellent stability with short-time overload tolerance of ±0.25%, load life tolerance of ±1.00%, and moisture resistance of ±0.50%. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks.
