DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4308M-102-272 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance code of 272 (2,700 ohms). Each resistor is independently connected between two pins, providing isolation and flexibility for circuit design. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and a power rating of 0.40 watts per resistor at 70°C. With superior package integrity, RoHS compliance, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, this resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other precision circuit implementations requiring matched resistor values.
