DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4306R-102-822LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with 8,200 ohm resistance value. This component incorporates three isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C and individual resistor power rating of 0.30 watt. The device operates over a temperature range with power derating from +70°C to +125°C, featuring a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for resistances above 2.2 megohms and ±100 ppm/°C for 50 ohms to 2.2 megohms, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The 4306R-102-822LF is RoHS compliant with tin-plated termination (LF designation), meets MIL-STD-202 lead solderability requirements, and is designed for automatic insertion equipment compatibility with superior package integrity. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor networks are required.
