DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4306M-102-272LF is a 6-pin isolated thick-film molded resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring 2,700 ohm resistors with ±2% tolerance. This medium-profile SIP incorporates 2 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a power rating of 0.40 watts per resistor at 70°C. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C, and features superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations. The isolated configuration makes it ideal for applications requiring independent resistor elements, such as SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications, while its compatibility with automatic insertion equipment simplifies manufacturing integration.
