DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-2-222 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 15 resistors with a bussed configuration (pin 16 common), designed for applications requiring multiple matched resistor elements. This component operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C. The resistor network provides a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with standard ±2% tolerance, and improved ±0.5% tolerance options are available. The device is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, features superior package integrity with a novolac epoxy body, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and dual terminator resistor networks where multiple precision resistors must be integrated into a compact package.
