DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4116R-1-684 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) or ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O and above 2.2 MO). The package delivers 2.25 watts power rating at 70°C with superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment. The resistor network operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is ideal for applications including DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination, where multiple precision resistors are required in a compact molded package.
