DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-1-680LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors with a 680 ohm resistance value and tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination. This 16-pin package delivers a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and maintains superior package integrity with excellent lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The device is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and is commonly used in DRAM applications, dual terminator networks, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI applications where precision resistor arrays are required.
