DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4116R-1-223 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin low-profile configuration. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and operates reliably across temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. The device incorporates superior package integrity with a novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame, meeting MIL-STD-202 environmental test standards including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and soldering heat resistance. With a package power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C and available tolerance options down to ±0.5%, this resistor network is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and automatic insertion equipment assembly.
