DESCRIPCIÓN
4116R-1-104 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 8 isolated 100 kO resistors in a 16-pin package. This device offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range. The package provides a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C, with each resistor rated at 0.250 watt. It features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, and insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The resistor network is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and conforms to UL94V-0 flammability standards, making it suitable for DRAM, SCSI, and general-purpose applications.
