DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-2-272LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 13 bussed resistors with a common pin 14 connection and a resistance value of 2,700 ohms. This component operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C. The device is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations (LF suffix), offers superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. With a power rating of 0.125 watts per resistor at 70°C and an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, this resistor network is ideal for applications including DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination schemes where multiple matched resistors are required.
