DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4114R-1-184 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration with a resistance value of 180,000 ohms (180 kO). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers a package power rating of 2.00 watts at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and maintains a TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with improved tolerance options available down to ±0.5%. The 4114R-1-184 is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, features superior package integrity with a Novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring isolated resistor elements.
