DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-1-102LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration with a resistance value of 1,000 ohms (code 102). This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with improved tolerance options available down to ±0.5%. The device features superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including thermal shock, moisture resistance, and soldering heat resistance. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination networks where precision resistor arrays are required.
