DESCRIPCIÓN

The 3224X-1-100E is a 4 mm surface-mount trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial applications requiring sealed, halogen-free construction. It features a multiturn cermet element with a standard resistance range of 10 ohms to 2 megohms, a resistance tolerance of ±10%, and a contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum. The device offers an adjustment angle of 12 turns nominal, essentially infinite resolution, and a low coefficient of resistance variation (CRV) of 1%. The 3224X-1-100E is sealed to withstand board wash processing, includes a pick-and-place centering design with flush adjustment, and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standard footprints. It is ideal for precision tuning applications in industrial equipment, instrumentation, and consumer electronics where reliable, sealed performance and RoHS compliance are required.
