DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2095-80-BLF is a high-voltage 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for overvoltage protection in industrial equipment, telecommunications electronics, and consumer electronics. This axial leaded device features an 8 mm diameter and 8 mm length with a DC sparkover voltage of 800 V at 100 V/s, and impulse sparkover ratings of less than 1100 V at 100 V/µs and less than 1200 V at 1000 V/µs. The tube exhibits high insulation resistance greater than 1 GO, a glow voltage of approximately 60 V at 10 mA, and an arc voltage of approximately 15 V at 1 A, with capacitance less than 1.5 pF at 1 MHz. It can handle discharge currents of 8,000 A at 8/20 µs for single operations and 5,000 A for up to 10 operations, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. The device is RoHS compliant and UL recognized, making it ideal for reliable surge protection in demanding electrical environments.
