DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2095-600-CLF is a high-voltage 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection in industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics applications. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 6000 V at 100 V/s with impulse sparkover ratings up to 7800 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable overvoltage protection. The device is housed in an 8 mm diameter, 8 mm length axial-leaded package with 1.0 mm diameter leads, offering high insulation resistance greater than 1 GO and low capacitance below 1.5 pF. It can handle discharge currents of 5000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 3000 A for up to 10 operations, with alternating discharge capability of 5 Arms at 50 Hz. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +90°C and RoHS compliant, the 2095-600-CLF is ideal for protecting sensitive equipment from transient overvoltages in harsh industrial and telecommunications environments.
