DESCRIPCIÓN
The 2095-250-BLF is a high-voltage 2-electrode gas discharge tube from Bourns' 2095 Series, engineered for reliable surge protection and overvoltage suppression. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 2500 V (±20% @ 100 V/s) with impulse sparkover ratings of less than 3600 V at 1000 V/µs, combined with high insulation resistance exceeding 1 GO and low capacitance below 1.5 pF at 1 MHz. The device is housed in an 8 mm diameter, 8 mm length axial-leaded package with 0.8 mm diameter leads, and is rated for discharge currents up to 8,000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 5,000 A for up to 10 operations. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +90°C with RoHS compliance and UL recognition (File E313168), this component is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in industrial equipment, telecommunications systems, and consumer electronics from transient overvoltages.
