DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2095-160-BLF is a high-voltage 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection and overvoltage suppression in electronic systems. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 1600 V (±20% @ 100 V/s) with impulse sparkover ratings of less than 2300 V at 100 V/µs and less than 2400 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable protection across various transient conditions. The device is housed in an 8 mm diameter, 8 mm length axial-leaded package with 0.8 mm diameter leads, offering high insulation resistance (>1 GO) and a maximum operating voltage range up to 6 kV. It can handle discharge currents of 8,000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 5,000 A for up to 10 operations, with alternating discharge capability of 10 Arms at 50 Hz for 9 cycles. The 2095-160-BLF is RoHS compliant, UL recognized (File E313168), and operates reliably across -30°C to +90°C, making it ideal for industrial equipment, telecommunications electronics, and consumer electronics requiring robust overvoltage protection.
