DESCRIPCIÓN

The 2089-160-BLF is a high-voltage mini 2-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection and overvoltage suppression in electronic systems. It features a compact axial-leaded design with a 5.5 mm diameter and 6 mm length, providing space-efficient integration into circuit boards. The device has a DC sparkover voltage of 1600 V (±20% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover ratings of less than 2400 V at 100 V/µs and less than 2400 V at 1000 V/µs, with high insulation resistance exceeding 1 GO and low capacitance below 1.5 pF at 1 MHz. It is rated for impulse discharge currents up to 3000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 1500 A for up to 10 operations, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The 2089-160-BLF is ideal for protecting industrial equipment, telecommunications electronics, and consumer electronics from transient overvoltages, offering RoHS compliance and UL recognition for reliable long-term performance.
