DESCRIPCIÓN
The 2053-60-SM-RPLF is a light-duty 2-electrode miniature gas discharge tube rated for 600 V DC sparkover voltage at 100 V/s, providing reliable overvoltage protection in compact surface-mount applications. This device features a 4.0 mm diameter and 4.2 mm length form factor with low capacitance (0.5 pF typical at 1 MHz) and high insulation resistance (>1 GO), meeting RoHS compliance and UL recognition standards. The tube exhibits impulse sparkover ratings of <900 V at 100 V/µs and <1000 V at 1000 V/µs, with a glow voltage of approximately 70 V at 10 mA and arc voltage of approximately 10 V at >1 A. It can withstand maximum impulse discharge currents of 5,000 A (8/20 µs, single operation) and 3,000 A (8/20 µs, 10 operations), with an impulse life of 300 operations at 100 A (10/1000 µs). Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for telecommunications equipment, industrial electronics, and consumer electronics requiring transient surge suppression.
