DESCRIPCIÓN
2047-09-ANI is a high current 2-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) from the Bourns 2047 Series, designed for surge protection applications. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 90V (±20% @ 100 V/s), impulse sparkover of 350/450V typical at 100 V/µs, and 600/650V typical at 1000 V/µs. The device offers high surge current capability with impulse discharge current ratings up to 40,000A (8/20 µs) for 10 operations and greater than 4,000A (10/350 µs) for more than 10 operations. With low capacitance of less than 5 pF, insulation resistance greater than 10? O, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, this GDT is UL Recognized and ideal for telecommunications equipment and industrial electronics requiring robust surge protection.
