DESCRIPCIÓN

The 1.5SMC36CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. This device features a breakdown voltage range of 34.2 to 37.8 volts with a peak pulse power rating of 1500 watts and a peak forward surge current of 200 amps. The 1.5SMC36CA is housed in a compact surface-mount SMC (DO-214AB) package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds from 0V to minimum breakdown voltage. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for applications requiring IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection. Its bidirectional configuration and 5% tolerance rating make it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits in demanding environments.
