DESCRIPCIÓN
The T100106340-LF is a Mercury Flex 2U rectifier module designed for high-reliability, mission-critical power applications in semiconductor, industrial, and military markets. It delivers up to 3.8 kW of output power with fully adjustable DC voltage ranging from 0 to 450 V depending on the model configuration, operating from universal AC input of 90–264 VAC with power factor correction greater than 0.97. The module features SEMI F47 compliance with 20 ms hold-up time at full power, input voltage transient immunity per EN61000-4-4 and -5 (severity level 4), and a high MTBF exceeding 1 million hours, supported by variable-speed fan control to minimize noise and extend fan life. On-board CAN-Bus 2.0B interface provides full digital control of output voltage, current, and power modes (Constant Voltage, Constant Current, or Constant Power), along with real-time monitoring of input voltage, temperature, and alarm status. The blind-mate, hot-swap compatible design enables modular scalability and parallel/redundant operation, making it ideal for complex systems requiring high power density, reliability, and system integration flexibility.
