163A13679X is a D-SUB male connector featuring 9 positions with solder pin straight configuration and threaded rear spacer for secure PCB mounting. The connector utilizes steel metal shells with minimum 315µin tin over 40-80µin nickel plating, and PBT GF UL 94 V-0 black insulators for reliable performance. Contacts are made from copper alloy with gold flash over nickel plating options available. The threaded rear spacers and sleeves are copper alloy with minimum 200µin tin over 80µin nickel plating, supporting a maximum torque value of 6 in.LB. This RoHS compliant connector is suitable for industrial and commercial applications requiring robust D-SUB interconnections.
