DESCRIPCIÓN
HFW15S-2STE1HLF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) straight FFC/FPC connector designed for surface mount applications with a height of 5.3mm. The connector features a phosphor bronze contact material with lead-free matte tin plating, housed in LCP thermoplastic (UL94V-0) rated for high-temperature stability. It delivers a voltage rating of 100V A.C./D.C., current rating of 1.0A A.C./D.C., and maintains contact resistance of 30mO maximum with an insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, operating reliably across -55°C to +105°C. The FFC/FPC retention force of 0.35N/contact minimum ensures vibration-proof performance with strong cable retention, while the design against solder and flux wicking provides high solderability and durability through 10 mating cycles. This connector is widely used in automotive multimedia, navigation systems, LCD/OLED displays, industrial controllers, and medical devices where reliable FFC/FPC interconnection is essential.
