DESCRIPCIÓN
The 69802-432LF is a PLCC SMT socket designed for surface-mount assembly of 32-pin PLCC packages. It features a PPS housing (UL94V-O rated) with 150 µm lead-free tin plating over 40 µm nickel, and phosphor bronze contacts (C5212RH) for reliable electrical connection. The socket includes polarizing pegs for proper package alignment and meets coplanarity requirements with contacts below the housing bottom surface within 0.23 mm and contact seating line within 0.102 mm. The housing is rated to withstand 245°C peak temperature for 5 seconds in air reflow applications, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly processes. This socket is commonly used in high-reliability electronic systems requiring secure PLCC package retention and precise positioning during manufacturing and field deployment.
