DESCRIPCIÓN
The XP-85B1-02D-2 is a 28 Gbps 850nm multimode SFP28 transceiver designed for high-speed optical data transmission in data center and fiber channel applications. It features a VCSEL laser transmitter and PIN receiver, supporting maximum link lengths of 70m on OM3 or 100m on OM4 multimode fiber, with power dissipation below 1W. The module operates from a single 3.3V power supply (3.14V to 3.46V nominal range) with a maximum supply current of 300mA, and includes a metal enclosure for reduced EMI. It incorporates a 2-wire serial interface with integrated digital diagnostic monitoring for real-time access to operating parameters such as temperature, laser bias current, optical power levels, and supply voltage, along with sophisticated alarm and warning flags. The transceiver is hot-pluggable with an SFP+ footprint and LC connector, compliant with SFF-8431 and SFF-8472 standards, making it ideal for 25G Ethernet deployments in modern data center infrastructure.
