DESCRIPCIÓN
MUSBE15135 is a rugged Mini-AB USB receptacle designed for single-port right-angle PCB tail mounting with optional rear shield and thread configurations. The connector features a die-cast zinc alloy shell with nickel plating, phosphor bronze contacts plated with 0.76 microns gold over 1.27 microns minimum nickel on the mating area, and an engineering thermoplastic USB housing with UL94V-0 flammability rating. It provides IP67 environmental sealing between the mating area and PCB side, with a gasket offering additional protection to the enclosure panel face, and optional silicone rubber dust covers for enhanced protection. The connector supports a current rating of 1 ampere with a maximum contact resistance of 50 milliohms, operates reliably across -40°C to +105°C, and is RoHS compliant per EU Directive 2011/65/EU. This connector is ideal for industrial and rugged USB applications requiring reliable data and power transmission in harsh environments.
