DESCRIPCIÓN
The AZ980-1A-12DE is an 80 A mini-ISO automotive relay designed for high-current DC load switching with a 12 VDC coil. It features a SPST normally open (Form A) contact arrangement rated for 80 A at 30 VDC maximum with a maximum switched power of 1120 W and contact resistance less than 50 milliohms. The relay operates at a nominal coil voltage of 12 VDC (must operate at 7.8 VDC, maximum continuous 19.0 VDC) with a coil resistance of 90 O and operates in 7 ms with a 5 ms release time. It is rated for -40°C to +85°C operating temperature and -40°C to +105°C storage, withstands 10 g shock and 0.062" displacement amplitude vibration at 10–55 Hz, and achieves 1×107 mechanical operations and 1×105 electrical operations at 80 A. This relay is ideal for automotive power distribution, battery isolation, and motor control circuits requiring high reliability and momentary carry current up to 500 A.
