DESCRIPCIÓN
The 10503 is a Standard Capacity Wirestripping System designed for thermal insulation removal from electrical wires using resistance heating technology. It features 100 watts of infinitely variable power at 2.6 VAC output, a lightweight palm-sized handpiece with comfort grip padding, and a footswitch for hands-free activation that minimizes operator fatigue and eliminates sparking common in other resistance-based systems. The system includes interchangeable nickel-chromium wire stripping elements and is capable of stripping both low and high-temperature insulation from wires 14 AWG and finer, including microelectronic parts. This thermal method ensures 100% assurance of not nicking the conductor, making it ideal for precision wire preparation in electronics assembly, telecommunications, and microelectronic applications where clean insulation removal is critical.
