The wire features a 26 AWG (7/34) tinned copper conductor with a 0.010" nominal PVC insulation wall, providing a total outer diameter of 0.039 ± 0.002 inches. It is rated for 600 V RMS operation and complies with military specifications MIL-W-76B TYPE LW (90°C / 300 V RMS) and MIL-W-16878E/1 (105°C / 600 V RMS), with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. The wire exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 41 O/1000ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.06 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 2.18 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter.
