DESCRIPCIÓN
The ACHL-48.000MHZ-EK is a half-size DIP low-voltage 5.0V crystal clock oscillator designed for microprocessor and digital circuit applications. It operates at a fixed frequency of 48 MHz with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V (typical 5.0V) and delivers a maximum current of 45 mA at this frequency. The device features HCMOS and TTL compatibility, a tri-state enable/disable function on pin 1, and an output load capability of 50 pF, with output voltage levels of 0.9×Vdd (high) and 0.1×Vdd (low). The oscillator has a compact form factor of 12.7 × 12.7 × 5.6 mm, is hermetically sealed with no moisture sensitivity, and includes RoHS/RoHS II compliance. With a start-up time of 1–10 ms and output disable time of 100 ns, this oscillator is ideal for timing and clock distribution in digital systems requiring reliable, low-voltage operation.
