DESCRIPCIÓN

The EEF-SX0J151ER is a surface-mount conductive polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitor from the low ESR SX series. It provides a capacitance of 150 µF with a ±20% tolerance and a rated voltage of 6.3 V.DC. Key features include a very low ESR of 9 mΩ maximum and a high ripple current capability of 6300 mAr.m.s. This component is designed for reliability with an endurance rating of 2000 hours at +105 °C and operates over a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +105 °C, making it ideal for demanding applications like power supply filtering and DC-DC converters.
