DESCRIPCIÓN
The AFPX-COM3 is a communication cassette designed for the Panasonic FP-X series programmable controllers, providing flexible RS485/RS422 selectable 1-channel insulated serial communication capability. This module enables networked communication between FP-X control units and external devices, supporting industrial protocols such as Modbus-RTU for compatibility with temperature controllers, inverters, and other industrial equipment. The cassette features electrical isolation to protect against ground loops and noise interference, and can be attached to compatible FP-X control units (C30 and C60 models) at positions A upper or A lower. It integrates seamlessly with the FP-X platform to enable distributed control systems, PLC linking via MEWNET-WO protocol at 115.2 kbps up to 1200 m transmission distance, and multi-station communication networks supporting up to 16 stations.
