DESCRIPCIÓN
AQV254 is a PhotoMOS solid-state relay featuring a 1 Form A (normally open) output configuration designed for AC/DC dual use applications. It offers a load voltage rating of 400V (peak AC/DC) with a continuous load current of 150mA (A connection) and supports I/O isolation voltage of 1,500Vrms. The device features low on-resistance characteristics, an LED forward current maximum of 50mA, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. With its DIP 6-pin through-hole package and reinforced insulation options, this relay is well-suited for measuring instruments, data communication equipment, telephone equipment, and automatic meter reading devices where reliable signal switching is required.
