DESCRIPCIÓN
AM-1417CA is an amorphous silicon solar cell optimized for indoor lighting environments, particularly under fluorescent light conditions at 200 lux and 25°C. The device delivers an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 2.4V and a short-circuit current (Isc) of 13.5µA, with operating voltage and current of 1.5V and 12.5µA respectively. It features a compact glass substrate construction with external dimensions of 35.0 × 13.9 × 1.1 mm and weighs 1.3 grams. The temperature coefficients are -0.3%/°C for Voc and 0.08%/°C for Isc, ensuring stable performance across varying thermal conditions.
