DESCRIPCIÓN
The NSI45030T1G is a linear constant current regulator (CCR) designed to provide a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs. It delivers a typical steady-state current of 30 mA (±15%) and operates over a wide voltage range with a maximum anode-cathode voltage of 45 V. Based on Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology, it features a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway. This robust device is suitable for high or low-side regulation in applications such as automotive lighting, industrial controls, and commercial signage.
