DESCRIPCIÓN
The MC74HC138ADG is a 1-of-8 decoder/demultiplexer designed to decode a three-bit address to one of eight active-low outputs. This high-performance silicon-gate CMOS device operates over a wide voltage range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V and features a low input current of 1.0 µA. It includes three chip select inputs (two active-low, one active-high) to facilitate cascading and demultiplexing functions, and its outputs can directly interface with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL logic. The device is ideal for applications such as memory address decoding, data routing, and chip selection in digital systems.
