DESCRIPCIÓN
The MC100EP29MNG is a dual master-slave D-type flip-flop designed for high-speed logic applications. It features fully differential data and clock inputs, as well as differential outputs, to ensure high-integrity signal transmission. The device supports a wide operating range, including PECL mode (VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V) and NECL mode (VEE = -3.0 V to -5.5 V), with a typical maximum frequency exceeding 3 GHz. Key features include a typical propagation delay of 500 ps, asynchronous Set and Reset inputs, and internal temperature compensation. This high-speed flip-flop is ideal for data and clock management in communication systems, test equipment, and other high-frequency applications.
