DESCRIPCIÓN

The MBRS240LT3G is a surface-mount Schottky power rectifier that utilizes a metal-to-silicon design with epitaxial construction. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V and an average rectified forward current of 2.0 A. Key features include a low forward voltage drop, a highly stable oxide passivated junction, and a guard-ring for overvoltage protection. This device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 25 A. It is ideally suited for use in low voltage, high-frequency switching power supplies, as well as for free-wheeling and polarity protection diode applications.
