DESCRIPCIÓN
The 74VHC123AMX is a dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator that achieves high-speed operation similar to Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation. It features a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and a typical propagation delay of 8.1ns at 5V. Each multivibrator has both negative (A) and positive (B) transition-triggered inputs and a clear (CLR) input for resetting the one-shot. An input protection circuit allows input pins to tolerate voltages up to 7V, making this device suitable for interfacing 5V to 3V systems and other mixed-voltage applications.
