The 1N5819RLG is a 1.0 A Schottky barrier rectifier featuring a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V. It is characterized by a low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.6 V at a forward current of 1.0 A, contributing to low power loss and high efficiency. The device can withstand a non-repetitive peak surge current of 25 A and operates across a junction temperature range of -65°C to +125°C.
