DESCRIPCIÓN

The UMX512 is a high-power PIN diode designed for use as a switching, attenuating, or phase shifting element in applications from HF through 2 GHz. It features a minimum breakdown voltage of 500 V, a maximum capacitance of 1.5 pF, and a low series resistance of 0.25 Ω maximum at 100 mA. This device has a typical carrier lifetime of 3.5 µs and is housed in a reliable, low-inductance MELF ceramic package. Common applications include filter switch banks, T/R control, and attenuators in high-power radio and cellular systems.
