The SSF-LXH305SRD-TR is a right-angle, surface-mount LED indicator in a T-3mm package. It produces super red light with a peak wavelength of 660 nm and a typical axial intensity of 80 mcd when driven at 20mA. This component features a red diffused lens that creates a 60-degree viewing angle and operates with a typical forward voltage of 1.7V. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supplied on tape and reel for automated manufacturing, it is well-suited for status indication on printed circuit boards.
