EP12SD1SAKE is a sealed SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) momentary pushbutton switch designed for telecommunications, networking, computing, and instrumentation applications. The switch features a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC, with an electrical life of 30,000 make-and-break cycles at full load and contact resistance below 20 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA. It is sealed against solder and cleaning processes with an IP57 protection degree, offering protection against harmful dust deposit and temporary immersion. The switch operates over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, features gold-plated contacts over nickel plate (B contact material), and is housed in flame-retardant glass-filled nylon 4/6 (UL 94V-0) with an epoxy terminal seal. Its snap-fitting actuator accepts standard caps, and it is available in multiple termination options including right-angle PC thru-hole, surface mount, and wire wrap configurations, making it suitable for diverse PCB mounting requirements.
