DESCRIPCIÓN
The 09ASAC-10K is a momentary foot-operated potentiometer control designed for replacement on ESAB, Hobart, Lincoln, and Miller welding equipment. It features a 10,000 Ohm potentiometer with an auxiliary switch set to operate at the beginning of treadle stroke and wired normally open (N.O.), supplied with a 6 ft. 18/6 cordset without plug with three leads to the potentiometer and a green ground lead. The unit has a steel housing with electro-coated black finish, a full treadle pad with nonskid base pad, spring return pedal action, and is rated IP20 for non-watertight environments. Standard dimensions are 4.17 x 4.50 x 9.71 inches with a weight of 4.91 lbs, while an industrial variant measures 4.00 x 4.52 x 12.78 inches at 5.00 lbs. The foot control includes 2 mounting holes for rigid floor or equipment installation and is ideal for variable speed control in welding applications where simple receptacle compatibility and retrofit capability are required.
