DESCRIPCIÓN
The MDM-31PSL is a 31-contact Micro "D" metal shell connector designed for reliable electrical interconnections in demanding applications. It features gold-plated copper alloy contacts with solder pot termination rated for #26 AWG maximum harness wire, an aluminum shell with yellow chromate/cadmium over nickel finish, and jackscrew coupling for secure mating. The connector is rated for 3 A maximum current with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulator resistance exceeding 5000 megohms, and contact resistance of 8 milliohms maximum. It withstands thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C, physical shock of 50 G's, vibration up to 20 G's (10-2000 Hz), and maintains durability through 500 mating/unmating cycles. This connector is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring robust, high-reliability interconnections in harsh environments.
